Refunds and returns
The returns or refunds will not be permitted 14 working days after from reception of the goods. Claims by deliveries incidents, different quantities indicated on the delivery order or imperfections of the goods, will have to be notified in the following 48 hours of the reception.
We will not do returns without the prior approval of SYC. One the incidence was reviewed and once we have checked that the conditions must be previously accepted, we will send the corresponding payment or replacement without charges as agreed for the resolution of the incidence.
The returns should always be made postage or carriage paid by the customer. If a return is agreed to carriage paid, the shipping will carry out by our shipping agency concerted by SYC. All expenses arising from such return made by other transport agencies, will not admitted. The goods returned will always packaged perfectly to avoid damages during transport.
Paypal / Credit Card
If the payment is done by Paypal, the website redirect you to Paypal page where you can access to your Paypal account or pay with credit card without having a Paypal account. One payment is confirmed we will process through shipping method chosen in the Shop Online (Delivery/pickup from own store).
In the usual time needed for the delivery we have to wait the necessary length of time in order to recieve payment of bank transfer, Paypal or credit card and we verify it (1 -2 working days). The delivery time may be altered by extraordinary incidents, such as climatic events, strikes, etc.
The delivery time is about 2 to 6 days approximately. (The delivery is made by Forwarder Company).
If the requested product is not available, SYC will inform you by email, as soon as possible, to tell the new delivery time or cancel the order. In any case, a delay in the delivery with regard to the indicated period will not give right to the client to demand any indemnification.
All payments are to be made in euros.
The buyer may be asked to provide a credit or debit card number, expirty date, the validation code (CVV) which are the 3 last numbers of the back of the card and your personal information how full-name, mailing address, telephone number and/or e-mail address.
Credit card accepted: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, JCB, Citicorp.
If your card company suspects fraud on your account and SYC legal proceedings can be taken against fraudulent transaction.
If the buyer use the paypal account, costumer will make the payment when you enter your user and your password. The payment through paypal is subject to the particular conditions of the account of Paypal.
PICKUP FROM OWN STORE
You can collect your order in our shop in Cornellà de Llobregat en C/ Huelva, 1 08940 Barcelona Spain, but if you want benefit from the online prices and online offers, you have to:
The order should be carried out through the website. Otherwise, you will may not benefit of the online prices.
You need to select in the method shipping “Delivery / pickup in our shop”
IMPORTANT. You won’t be able to pick up your order until we inform you that the order is prepared. As soon as we notify you, you will able to pick up your order during store opening hours.
Our shop staff cannot make orders with online prices, previously you need to make the order in our shop online. If you buy in the physical shop we apply the prices of the physical shop, in some cases the price is pretty higher.
The payment terms shall be applied as established by the law 15/2010 dated July, 5 2010 (BOE 163).
The delays in the payment of invoices will give rights to SYC to apply penalty interests in accordance to the law 15/2010 dated July, 5 2010 (BOE 163).
If the debt claimed is not made, the order not charged will be owned by SYC provided by the regulation included in the mercantile legislation at the moment of the fact.
- Cylinders and resealing: 10 years
- Welding equipments: 6 months in components and 10 years in cylinders.
- Welding accessories: 6 months
- ABS protection caps: 5 years
If the customer discovered faulty products, will notify to SYC immediately by formal written, specifying at least the product serial number and a short description of the defect. When SYC detects the faulty products, it will be repaired or replaced without charge. The repaired product have the same warranty period.
Once the product is revised, if we noticed that the product works correctly or is outside cause by the malfunctioning of the product we will return the products to the customer in carriage forward with manipulation and verification charge.
